/v1/teams/{teamId}/billing/cdnowner 또는 billing 역할이 CDN 모드와 정액제 티어를 설정합니다. 이메일 인증을 완료한 사용자만 사용할 수 있습니다.

Identity access JWT 또는 ntro_ API token을 사용합니다. token 관리 경로는 Identity access JWT만 허용합니다.
